Restorative Justice and Practices

At the heart of the RTJ Hub is a commitment to restorative justice principles—addressing harm through dialogue, accountability, and healing rather than punishment. We create safe spaces for youth, families, and impacted parties to come together, share their stories, and collaboratively develop solutions that repair relationships and strengthen the community.

Supportive Advocacy and Connections

We provide wraparound support and advocacy to help youth and their families navigate challenges and access the resources they need. From housing and employment training to mental health services and mentorship, the Hub connects participants to a strong network of community partners, ensuring no young person faces their journey alone..

Transformative Practices and Follow-Through

Beyond addressing individual conflicts, the RTJ Hub works to transform the systemic conditions that perpetuate harm and inequity. Through culturally responsive programming, consistent follow-up, and a focus on long-term change, we empower youth to build positive futures and foster a safer, more resilient community for everyone.
